Chicken supreme

INGREDIENTS

  • Grilled Chicken
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 chicken breast fillet
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • Mushroom Cream Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5-6 mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 potatoes, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 4 tablespoon milk
  • Steamed peas and carrots (with salt & pepper), for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, garlic paste and red chili flakes.
  • 2. Heat butter. Grill the chicken fillet for 3-4 minutes and then the other side till done. Set aside.
  • 3. In the same pan add another tablespoon. of butter. Then add flour, salt, pepper, mustard.
  • 4. Saute for 30 seconds then add milk. Cook till sauce is thick.
  • 5. Add mushrooms and cream. Mix and mushroom cream sauce is ready.
  • 6. Mash the boiled potatoes.
  • 7. Heat a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, cream and milk. Mix well.
  • 8. Serve grilled chicken with mushroom cream sauce, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots & peas.
