This continental chicken dish is best served with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- Grilled Chicken
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 chicken breast fillet
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- Mushroom Cream Sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 5-6 mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoon cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Mashed Potatoes
- 3 potatoes, mashed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon cream
- 4 tablespoon milk
- Steamed peas and carrots (with salt & pepper), for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, garlic paste and red chili flakes.
- 2. Heat butter. Grill the chicken fillet for 3-4 minutes and then the other side till done. Set aside.
- 3. In the same pan add another tablespoon. of butter. Then add flour, salt, pepper, mustard.
- 4. Saute for 30 seconds then add milk. Cook till sauce is thick.
- 5. Add mushrooms and cream. Mix and mushroom cream sauce is ready.
- 6. Mash the boiled potatoes.
- 7. Heat a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, cream and milk. Mix well.
- 8. Serve grilled chicken with mushroom cream sauce, mashed potatoes and steamed carrots & peas.
