Apple Cinnamon Milk Shake

This is a refreshing milk shake that you can serve to guests at your next dinner party.
- PREP TIME: 10 minutes
- COOK TIME: 5 minutes
- SERVINGS: 2 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon cream
- 2 glasses milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Peel, deseed and slice the apples. Add a few drops of lemon juice so that the apples don’t get brown.
- 2. Blend in a blender to form a thick purée.
- 3. Add sugar along with cream. Blend again. Add 2 glasses of milk and blend to form a thick shake.
- 4. Pour the milk shake into tall serving glasses, sprinkle ground cinnamon and serve.
