This is a refreshing milk shake that you can serve to guests at your next dinner party.

Apple Cinnamon Milk Shake


  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon cream
  • 2 glasses milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon


  • 1. Peel, deseed and slice the apples. Add a few drops of lemon juice so that the apples don’t get brown.
  • 2. Blend in a blender to form a thick purée.
  • 3. Add sugar along with cream. Blend again. Add 2 glasses of milk and blend to form a thick shake.
  • 4. Pour the milk shake into tall serving glasses, sprinkle ground cinnamon and serve.
