Make a light kachumber salad or a refreshing raita to serve with this moong ki daal.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Moong daal
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric(haldi)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 10 Green chilies
- 5 to 6 Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Few Curry leaves
- Few Whole red chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard oil
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Cook daal with turmeric(haldi), ginger, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes.
- 2. When daal tender, blend with green chilies and tomatoes.
- 3. Then add salt.
- 4. For make bhagar, heat up the mustard oil
- 5. Add curry leaves, red chilies and fry lightly
- 6. Then put bhagar on daal.
