Spicy Corn Salad

Use either fresh or canned corn to make this spicy salad. It’s a treat to have in the summers.

- COOK TIME: 10 minutes
- SERVINGS: 4 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup corn
- Pinch of haldi
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies, sliced
- Few mint leaves, chopped
- Few coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 + ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Bring corn, salt, turmeric (haldi) and water to boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes till corn is soft and drain.
- 2. Put the drained corn in a bowl. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice and ½ teaspoon chaat masala.
- 3. Sprinkle with remaining chaat masala and serve.
