This pudina and mint chutney is a great accompaniment to fried items like samosa’s, spring rolls etc.

INGREDIENTS
- Mint leaves 2 bunches
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Lemon juice ½ cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend together 2 bunches of mint leaves, 6 green chilies, ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 10 cloves of garlic, ½ cup lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- 2. Remove in a bowl and serve.
