Make this crispy & crunchy buffalo bites with a spicy sauce on the side.

INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken, cubed ½ kg
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- White pepper 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Flour ½ cup
- Corn flour 2 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Chilled water as required
- Dry flour to coat
- Oil to fry
- Red chili flakes 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
- Honey 2 tablespoon
- Garlic, crushed 2 tablespoon
- Ketchup 4 tablespoon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Marinate chicken cubes with salt, red chili powder, white pepper. Set aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
- 2. For the batter mix flour, corn flour, red chili powder, egg and baking powder. Whisk and mix chilled water a little at a time till preferred consistency is reached.
- 3. Create an assembly line for coating chicken. Place dry flour in a separate.
- 4. First coat chicken in dry flour, then dip in batter.
- 5. Fry in hot oil till golden and then drain excess oil and set aside.
- 6. In the meanwhile, prepare sauce by mixing chili oil, chili sauce, honey, crushed garlic, ketchup and little water.
- 7. Serve the buffalo bites with sauce on the side.
