This spicy brain masala is a must try for all those people who love animal organs.

Brain Masala

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste each
  • ½ kg Tomatoes –
  • 1 kg Brain
  • Masala mix – 1 + 1 tablespoon (braise cumin 1 part + coriander seeds 1 part + whole red chili 2 parts on a girdle and grind to make masala)
  • Coriander leaves and chopped green chili for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a wok add onions and fry them until golden brown
  • 2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, masala mix divided, ginger garlic paste and cook well until give a nice aroma and leaves oil
  • 3. Add tomatoes and brain and cook until the brain becomes tender. Cook until oil comes on the surface
  • 4. Dish out, garnish with coriander leaves, green chili and part masala mix
  • 5. Serve with hot chapattis
