This spicy brain masala is a must try for all those people who love animal organs.

- COOK TIME: 15 minutes
- SERVINGS: 4 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste each
- ½ kg Tomatoes –
- 1 kg Brain
- Masala mix – 1 + 1 tablespoon (braise cumin 1 part + coriander seeds 1 part + whole red chili 2 parts on a girdle and grind to make masala)
- Coriander leaves and chopped green chili for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a wok add onions and fry them until golden brown
- 2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, masala mix divided, ginger garlic paste and cook well until give a nice aroma and leaves oil
- 3. Add tomatoes and brain and cook until the brain becomes tender. Cook until oil comes on the surface
- 4. Dish out, garnish with coriander leaves, green chili and part masala mix
- 5. Serve with hot chapattis
