A twist on the regular Anday Aloo, this meatless dish is sure to enjoyed by family.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 to 8 Boiled Eggs
- 1 Onion large, chopped
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 Potatoes (peeled, cubed & boiled)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
- 4 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt or leveled
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Zeera (roasted & crushed)
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric (haldi)
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 6-8 Green Chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Coriander crushed
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Heat oil.
- 2. Add chopped onion, fry till light golden.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes with ginger/garlic.
- 4. Add dry seasoning (masala), salt, chili powder, garam masala, zeera, haldi, stir and cook all these masala.
- 5. Add potatoes & boiled eggs.
- 6. Lastly add kasoori meethi and chopped green chilies.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Notes:
urdutehzeb. For a richer flavor, fry the boiled eggs before adding it in the karhai.
