This spicy lasagne consists of layers of lasagna sheets, meat sauce and creamy white sauce topped with melted cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet lasagna sheets
- Parsley chopped
- Ketchup, to decorate
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 6 oz cheddar cheese grated
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- Meat sauce:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ½ kg mince
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup water
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
- 4 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
- White Sauce:
- 2 oz butter
- 2 oz flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Boil lasagna sheets as per package instructions.
- 2. For the meat sauce, heat oil, add mince and cook till brown.
- 3. Add flour and sauté, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, tomato puree, crushed red chillies, sugar, salt, pepper and water and cook till mince is done.
- 4. Five minutes before removing from fire, add mushrooms and capsicums.
- 5. For the white sauce, melt butter, add in flour, chicken cube, mustard, pepper and remove from fire and add milk, let cook and whisk till smooth and thick.
- 6. In a large deep greased dish, layer lasagna sheets.
- 7. Pour half of the meat sauce and put lasagna sheets again, white sauce, sprinkle half of the cheese and keep layering till the top of the dish.
- 8. Lastly add remaining cheese, sprinkle oregano.
- 9. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or till the cheese is melted and golden.
