This creamy banana milkshake has lots of vanilla ice-cream and a hint of spice for added flavor.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Banana’s
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 -2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- Cinnamon powder or cardamom powder, optional
- ½ cup ice-cubes
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Peel and slice banana.
- 2. Add sliced banana, sugar, ice-cream, milk and cardamom / cinnamon powder (if using).
- 3. Add ice-cubes.
- 4. Blend till smooth.
- 5. Taste & adjust if necessary. Add more sugar or milk if it’s too thick.
- 6. Serve cold.
