This creamy banana milkshake has lots of vanilla ice-cream and a hint of spice for added flavor.

Banana Milkshake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Banana’s
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 -2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • Cinnamon powder or cardamom powder, optional
  • ½ cup ice-cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Peel and slice banana.
  • 2. Add sliced banana, sugar, ice-cream, milk and cardamom / cinnamon powder (if using).
  • 3. Add ice-cubes.
  • 4. Blend till smooth.
  • 5. Taste & adjust if necessary. Add more sugar or milk if it’s too thick.
  • 6. Serve cold.
