Fruit Chaat

Who doesn't love fruit chaat. Lots of fresh seasonal fruits and a sprinkle of chaat masala.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large apple or 2 medium apples
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled & cubed
- Grapes
- 1 watermelon
- 1 sachet Tang Mosambi
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Chaat Masala (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Cut apples into cubes.
- 2. Peel and slice bananas.
- 3. Slice and cut peaches into cubes.
- 4. Cut watermelon in half. Take out watermelon balls using an ice-cream scoop or a teaspoon. Use half the watermelon to add in the fruit chaat. Reserve the rest to eat separately or use the next day.
- 5. Dissolve Tang Mosambi in a glass water. Add black salt and set aside.
- 6. Take the scooped out watermelon half. Add fruits of choice. Alternatively, make the fruit chaat in a large glass bowl.
- 7. Top with dissolved Mosambi tang. Add salt & chaat masala.
- 8. Mix and serve chilled.
Notes:
Fruits can be added and substituted as per availability or preference. For e.g. you can use guava's, mangoes, honeydew melons or pomegranates.
