Tang Shikanjabeen

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper Tang
  • 7-8 Mint Leaves
  • A pinch of Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice is thoroughly crushed.
  • 2. Serve in a tall glass with a slice of lemon and a colorful straw!
