Pudding with Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • For Layer One
  • 2 cups Powder Milk
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence-
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Water
  • For Layer Two
  • 3 Eggs –
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
  • For Layer Three
  • ½ Cup Sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a bowl mix all ingredients of Layer one and beat well
  • 2. In Another bowl add eggs and sugar and beat well, add oil and water, flour and coco powder, beat well
  • 3. In the circular baking dish add sugar and melt it on direct flame and let it cool to make caramel.
  • 4. Add layer one mixture first then layer two mixture in the middle of it.
  • 5. In an open dish add 4 cups water and place in the oven, put the baking dish over it and bake it at 350 degree centigrade for about 45 minutes or the skewer comes out Clean
  • 6. When done, Cool it down and refrigerate
  • 7. Serve Chilled.
