This magical dessert has pudding on the bottom and cake on the top. The best of both worlds, we feel!

INGREDIENTS
- For Layer One
- 2 cups Powder Milk
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence-
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Water
- For Layer Two
- 3 Eggs –
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ cup Water
- 2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
- For Layer Three
- ½ Cup Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a bowl mix all ingredients of Layer one and beat well
- 2. In Another bowl add eggs and sugar and beat well, add oil and water, flour and coco powder, beat well
- 3. In the circular baking dish add sugar and melt it on direct flame and let it cool to make caramel.
- 4. Add layer one mixture first then layer two mixture in the middle of it.
- 5. In an open dish add 4 cups water and place in the oven, put the baking dish over it and bake it at 350 degree centigrade for about 45 minutes or the skewer comes out Clean
- 6. When done, Cool it down and refrigerate
- 7. Serve Chilled.
