Here is an authentic recipe of peshawri mutton karahi. Very tasty, aromatic & easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ kg Mutton
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 to 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt or on taste
- 6 Green chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic, paste
- 1 Onion, (large sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder(dhaniya powder)
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric (haldi)
- ¼ teaspoon Black cumin seeds (zeera)
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt
- Lemon, slices
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Heat up the oil in a sauce pan.
- 2. Add mutton, tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, onion and cook on medium heat till meat nearly tender.
- 3. Add coriander powder, turmeric(haldi), black pepper, cumin seeds, garam masala and bhonafying for 10 minutes or mashing with spoon till tender.
- 4. Add yogurt, green chillies and fry well till oil come on top.
- 5. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and some lemon slices
