INGREDIENTS
- Hunter Beef
- 1 kg beef
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika,
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Salt – to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Hanifia sauce
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or maida
- 1 teaspoon salt or according to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Hunter Beef
- 2. Mix vinegar, paprika, ginger garlic paste, salt, while black pepper and red chili powder together and marinate the beef with the paste.
- 3. Marinate it for at least 2 days (generally the longer you marinate the better it tastes).
- 4. Put the marinated beef in a pot with 1 cup of water.
- 5. Let it cook until beef is tender and the water is evaporated.
- 6. Shred the beef and eat as is or fry it in oil for added flavour.

- 8. Mix everything together with a whisk and cook in a saucepan until you get desired consistency.
