Here I am going to give you a rundown of some summertime refreshing drinks to incorporate into your eating regimen. Not only are they easily available in terms of ingredients, but easy to make too. It’s the most ideal way to take care of your skin because you are doing it naturally and helping bring out your inner glow!
Watermelon is one of the best fruits to have in the summer. Not only does it look beautiful (that red color!) but the high water content keeps you hydrated. Watermelon also has various body recharging minerals, such as, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and sodium.
Cucumber is one of the best vegetables that can bring glow and freshness to the skin naturally. Cucumber is stuffed with water, which hydrates the skin and counteracts skin dryness. Moreover, it contains an extensive variety of vitamins and minerals that make the skin glow. Just mixing cucumber with water makes a refreshing summer drink – squeeze in a little lemon and top with mint leaves for an even better flavor.
This juice is great for all types of skin with lots of greens and apple for sweetness.

Method:
- Juice/blend the lemons initially, followed by the mint and watermelon.

- 4 carrots
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of parsley
- 1/2 apple
Method:
- Wash all the fruit and veggies thoroughly.
- Juice/blend the carrots initially, followed by the apple, spinach, and parsley.
- Drink plain or pour over ice and enjoy your brightening drink!
