Hunter Beef with Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Hunter Beef
  • 1 kg beef
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika,
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Hanifia sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or maida
  • 1 teaspoon salt or according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Hunter Beef
  • 2. Mix vinegar, paprika, ginger garlic paste, salt, while black pepper and red chili powder together and marinate the beef with the paste.
  • 3. Marinate it for at least 2 days (generally the longer you marinate the better it tastes).
  • 4. Put the marinated beef in a pot with 1 cup of water.
  • 5. Let it cook until beef is tender and the water is evaporated.
  • 6. Shred the beef and eat as is or fry it in oil for added flavour.

  • 8. Mix everything together with a whisk and cook in a saucepan until you get desired consistency.
