Who doesn't love fruit chaat. Lots of fresh seasonal fruits and a sprinkle of chaat masala.

Fruit Chaat

  • 1 large apple or 2 medium apples
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled & cubed
  • Grapes
  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 sachet Tang Mosambi
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Chaat Masala (to taste)

  • 1. Cut apples into cubes.
  • 2. Peel and slice bananas.
  • 3. Slice and cut peaches into cubes.
  • 4. Cut watermelon in half. Take out watermelon balls using an ice-cream scoop or a teaspoon. Use half the watermelon to add in the fruit chaat. Reserve the rest to eat separately or use the next day.
  • 5. Dissolve Tang Mosambi in a glass water. Add black salt and set aside.
  • 6. Take the scooped out watermelon half. Add fruits of choice. Alternatively, make the fruit chaat in a large glass bowl.
  • 7. Top with dissolved Mosambi tang. Add salt & chaat masala.
  • 8. Mix and serve chilled.

Fruits can be added and substituted as per availability or preference. For e.g. you can use guava's, mangoes, honeydew melons or pomegranates.
