Moong ki Daal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Moong daal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric(haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 10 Green chilies
  • 5 to 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Few Whole red chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard oil

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Cook daal with turmeric(haldi), ginger, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes.
  • 2. When daal tender, blend with green chilies and tomatoes.
  • 3. Then add salt.
  • 4. For make bhagar, heat up the mustard oil
  • 5. Add curry leaves, red chilies and fry lightly
  • 6. Then put bhagar on daal.
