This shake is a great after work-out treat as it uses both dates and banana’s.
  • PREP TIME: 5 minutes
  • COOK TIME: 5 minutes
  • SERVINGS: 2 persons
Date and Banana Shake


  • Milk ½ liter
  • Banana, sliced 2
  • Date, roughly chopped 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Crushed Ice 2 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cinnamon Powder (optional) – for garnish


  • 1. In a blender, add bananas, chopped dates, cream, sugar and crushed ice. Blend till smooth.
  • 2. Serve chilled in tall glasses. Add a straw and top with a pinch of cinnamon powder.
