Tropical island shake
We love this tropical shake with mango and coconut.
- PREP TIME: 5 minutes
- COOK TIME: 5 minutes
- SERVINGS: 2 persons
- Mango pulp 1 cup
- Pineapple juice ½ cup
- Coconut milk powder 2 tablespoon
- Chilled water 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 2 tablespoon
- Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
- Crushed ice 1 cup
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Pineapple and mango cubes for garnish
- 1. Add mango pulp, pineapple juice, coconut milk powder, caster sugar, water and ice-cream in a blender.
- 2. Blend for about 45 seconds – 1 minute till smooth.
- 3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
- 4. Garnish with mint leaves and pineapple or mango cubes.
