We have had a fun month eating, cooking and coming up with new recipes for you! Here’s a compilation of our February favorites – which one are you going to try? 

Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
A chocolicious recipe contributed by our home cook – Maham Alavi, this particular recipe does take time to prepare. But once it’s ready, it finishes in minutes. There’s a dark chocolate cake on the bottom, bittersweet chocolate mousse in the middle and milk chocolate mousse on the top. Just make sure you let the cake set properly so the layers are visible.

Biscuits & Cream
This scrumptious chocolate & cream layered dessert is known for its simplicity. If you melt the cream in the microwave, then you don’t even need a stove. A dessert you can make with your kids.

Cookie Truffles
Crush some Oreo’s, add cream cheese and make balls out of it. Sprinkle with your favorite decorations. If you want to make it even more fun, set them out on a table and let the guests choose their favorite toppings. Fun dinner activity and YUM dessert.

Memoni Khowsuey 
This memoni style khowsuey recipe is contributed by our home cook Shireen Ahad. The curry is light & creamy and we absolutely love the condiments she recommends. The spicy chaat masala and the fresh kachumber style salad that adds a bit of freshness!

Chicken and Mushroom Pasta with White Sauce
When it comes to Pakistani’s favorite continental pasta dish, the answer is almost always white sauce! So it's no wonder to us that dish is one of our February favorites. Grilled chicken is sauteed with garlic and mushrooms and then tossed together in rich & creamy white sauce. Pour the chicken over the noodles or serve on the side.
